Individual counselling is available for adults in a variety of formats. Please note, the counselling hour is 50 min.

Therapy Programs
Therapy programs are meant for deep trauma work and require considerable time commitment. They consist of extended counselling sessions where we use Tarot and Runes, Astrology, art based activities, and dream work to delve deep into the healing journey to heal trauma wounds.
Registration is open for the Ivy Therapy Program for the summer 2026 cohort.
This program is for you if you are at a point in your life where you would like to put down the backpack you have been carrying and allow yourself to breathe.
